Construction Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities on-site
Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications
Implement safety policies and promote a safe work environment
Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with standards
Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance
Prepare progress reports and communicate with stakeholders
Ensure all work complies with local regulations and permits
Requirements:
10-15 years of UAE experience in infrastructure projects
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations
