Construction Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage construction activities on-site
Coordinate with clients, project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe work environment
Manage quality control processes and inspections
Resolve on-site issues and technical challenges
Prepare progress reports and liaise with stakeholders
Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and regulations
Requirements:
10-12 years UAE experience in contracting or construction projects
Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, standards, and safety protocols
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
