Construction Manager
Job Description
What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership skills and project management experience
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control
Excellent communication and team management abilities
Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders
Immediate availability or quick joining preferred
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire construction project from inception to completion
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality specifications
Coordinate between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor progress and resolve on-site issues promptly
Conduct regular site inspections and meetings
Prepare progress reports and documentation
