Construction Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities.
Manage project budgets and resources.
Lead and direct site teams and subcontractors.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities.
Resolve site issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
8-10 years UAE experience with a main contractor.
Proven leadership and project management skills.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Valid UAE driving license.
