Construction Manager Precast
Job Description
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Master's degree or PMP certification is an added advantage
Experience:
8-15 years of proven experience in precast construction projects
Strong background in precast elements, production, installation, and coordination
Experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and large-scale construction sites
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of precast engineering, production, and installation
Excellent project coordination and site management skills
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of QA/QC procedures in precast projects
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities
