Construction Manager (offshore)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage offshore construction projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and HSE teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Supervise site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Resolve technical and logistical issues to minimize downtime and delays.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company HSE standards.
Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout construction phases. Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 18 years of experience in construction management within the oil & gas industry.
Proven offshore project experience, including platform construction, pipelines, or marine infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of offshore construction standards and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
