Construction Manager - Super High-Rise Projects ???
We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to join our team for a newly launched mega development involving Super High-Rise Towers.
???? Project Type:
- Super High-Rise Towers (45+ floors)
- Large-scale mixed-use developments
- Villas & wide-area developments
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the UAE or GCC
- Extensive experience in Super High-Rise Towers (45+ floors)
- Must have participated in at least 20 tower projects
- Proven experience managing projects from foundation to handover
- Previous experience in villa developments
- Experience handling large plots and wide construction areas
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- PMP certification is highly preferred
- Membership of the Society of Engineers (SOE - UAE) is preferred
- Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineering License / G+ Unlimited is a strong advantage
- Any additional professional certifications related to construction or project management will be considered an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
- Solid knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large-scale projects efficiently
