Construction Manager
Role Summary:
The Construction Manager will provide overall leadership and management for the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall strategic direction and day-to-day management of the project site.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the entire site team, including engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
- Ensure strict adherence to all HSE policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Resolve any unforeseen technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction, with at least 8+ years in a senior management role on major roads, bridges, or utilities projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering multi-million dollar infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and client management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
