Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
PMP certification is an added advantage
Total Experience:
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in civil construction
At least3+ yearsas aConstruction Manageron-site within the UAE
Project Background Required:
Proven track record in executinghigh-rise buildingsandvilla developments
Hands-on expertise in site supervision, coordination, and daily site progress monitoring
Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes and regulatory requirements
Site execution planning, construction methodologies, and resource allocation
Ability to lead subcontractors, site engineers, and labor teams efficiently
Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
Competent in construction scheduling tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred)
Adept in resolving on-site conflicts, maintaining timelines, and quality assurance
