Job Description

We are recruiting a Construction Manager - Civil for a reputable contractor specializing in industrial building projects, including concrete and steel structure works. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all civil construction activities on industrial building projects
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and approved method statements
Monitor daily site progress, productivity, and quality of workmanship
Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on site
Coordinate civil works with steel structure, MEP, and finishing activities
Review construction schedules and ensure targets are met
Resolve site-related technical and execution issues
Support inspections, approvals, and handover activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
10+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably in industrial buildings
Strong experience in foundations, concrete works, and coordination with steel structures
Proven leadership and site management skills
Good understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
Familiarity with quality, safety, and authority requirements
Strong communication and reporting skills
UAE experience is preferred
