Job Description
Location: DUBAI
Experience Required: 10-15 Years (UAE & Native Experience)
The ideal candidate must be capable of leading site operations, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring project delivery within time, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Plan and allocate resources efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in the UAE & Native.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of handling large civil projects.
