Construction Manager - High-Rise Projects
Location: Dubai, UAE - Project Site
Company: Construction Contracting Company
Salary: AED 30,000 - 35,000 + Benefits
We are supporting a reputable construction contracting company in Dubai as they expand their high-rise portfolio. They are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the onsite delivery of landmark high-rise projects during a dynamic period of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day construction operations for high-rise projects (G+70)
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and coordinate with consultants
- Ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
- Monitor site progress, manpower, and productivity
- Manage materials planning, logistics, and site resources
- Report project status to senior management
- 8-12 years' experience in high-rise construction projects
- Proven experience delivering G+50 tower projects (AED 1-2bn+)
- Strong technical, leadership, and coordination skills
- UAE construction experience mandatory
- Preferably Arabic-speaking candidates
- Competitive salary AED 30,000 - 35,000 + benefits
