Responsibilities :

Plan, coordinate, and manage day-to-day construction site activities.
Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress against milestones.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.
Oversee subcontractor performance, quality of work, and timely delivery.
Manage budgets, control costs, and prepare regular progress and financial reports.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
Implement quality assurance and risk management practices throughout the project lifecycle
