A leading

Construction & Building Company

in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Construction Manager

to oversee and lead multiple construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage all construction activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Review and approve project designs, drawings, specifications, and method statements. Supervise project engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure work progress and quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and local authorities for inspections, approvals, and compliance. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports to ensure targets are met. Resolve technical and operational issues efficiently and proactively. Ensure all works are executed in line with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular site visits to assess quality, safety, and progress performance. Provide leadership, motivation, and direction to the project teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering

or a related discipline. Minimum

10-15 years of experience

in

construction and building projects

, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the UAE or GCC. Proven track record of managing large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in

MS Project, Primavera

, and other project management software. In-depth knowledge of construction standards, codes, and local regulations. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
