Construction Manager – Civil
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and supervise civil construction projects from initiation to completion
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources
Oversee site operations, including labor, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, local codes, safety regulations, and contract specifications
Coordinate with project managers, design teams, consultants, and clients
Conduct site inspections, progress monitoring, and quality assurance checks
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
Minimum 15 years of experience in civil construction management
Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or industrial projects
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and codes
