Seeking an experienced
Construction Manager
with strongUAE villa and high-rise building experience
to manage construction activities, ensure timely delivery, quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations.Key Responsibilities
Manage villa and high-rise construction projects from start to handover Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE codes Control project schedule, cost, quality, and HSE requirements Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and lead site meetings
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
10+ years UAE experience
in villas and high-rise buildings Strong knowledge of RCC, finishes, and MEP coordination Proficient in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office Strong leadership and communication skillsJob Type: Full-time
