We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Construction Manager

with a strong background in

villa projects

and proven experience working in the

UAE construction sector

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising villa construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of villa construction projects, including site supervision, contractor coordination, and compliance with local regulations. Manage day-to-day operations on-site and ensure all construction activities are executed according to approved plans, specifications, and timelines. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on timelines, costs, and quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards as per UAE construction regulations. Review technical drawings and resolve any discrepancies or design issues in collaboration with architects and engineers. Prepare project schedules, resource allocation, and manpower planning. Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to site. Provide leadership to on-site teams and ensure smooth workflow and communication. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks. Handle permit applications and documentation with UAE municipalities and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum

8-10 years

of experience in construction management, with a

strong focus on villa projects

. Proven work experience in the

UAE

with knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and authority approvals (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi DMT). Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple villa units concurrently. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with project management software (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
