Construction Manager Civil
Job Description
Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site
Develop and implement project schedules, work plans, and resource allocations in collaboration with engineering and planning teams.
Monitor and control project progress, costs, and quality to ensure adherence to project objectives.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Review and approve civil designs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and company standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits; lead the implementation of corrective actions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and stakeholders.
Manage contractual issues related to civil works and support in the resolution of claims or disputes.
Ensure availability and proper use of equipment, materials, and labor for civil works.
Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and foremen.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Proven track record in managing large-scale civil infrastructure or building construction projects. Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction methods, materials, and regulations
Preferred Certifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is an advantage.
OSHA / NEBOSH Certification (for safety awareness).Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
