Job Description

Bachelor's Degree:

A bachelor's degree / M. Degree in construction management, civil engineering, construction science, architecture, or a related field is typically required. 8 to 15 years experience as a Construction Manager in Contracting Field, High Rise Building, Villas , Commercial etc.

Skills Requirements:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in construction management software Understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Knowledge of project scheduling, cost estimation, and contract management. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities. Time management and organizational skills
Other Important Skills:

Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations. Competence in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Ability to handle budgeting and financial management tasks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish.

Resource Management:

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Manage labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources.

Quality Control and Safety:

Ensure projects comply with all safety and building regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:

Address any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain thorough project documentation. Prepare reports on project progress, budget status, and other metrics for stakeholders.
