We are looking for PMC Construction Manager, civil with LNG background to be based in Abu Dhabi.


The Construction Manager (Civil) will be responsible for

leading and supervising all civil and structural construction activities

at site for a PMC-managed

LNG Pre-Conditioning Plant

, ensuring execution in compliance with

project specifications, schedule, quality, and HSE requirements

, and supporting safe construction through mechanical completion and commissioning readiness. Manage and supervise

civil and structural works

including earthworks, piling, foundations, concrete works, underground utilities, drainage, roads, buildings, and structural steel. Provide

PMC site oversight

of EPC contractors to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and project standards. Review and approve

method statements, ITPs, work packs, lifting plans, and construction schedule

Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

. Minimum

20 years

of experience in oil & gas / LNG projects. Proven experience in

PMC or EPC construction supervision roles

. In-depth knowledge of

civil & structural construction practices

Familiarity with

LNG plant layout and safety requirements.

Ability to work in complex, multi-contractor site environments
