Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Extensive experience in project planning, site supervision, and execution.
Strong leadership skills to manage site teams and subcontractors.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum 10 years of experience in managing construction projects.
