Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all civil construction activities on-site.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Manage subcontractors, site engineers, and labor resources effectively.
Prepare project reports, schedules, and progress updates for management.
Resolve any technical or site-related issues to avoid delays.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum
10+ years of experience
in civil construction, with at least
5 years in a managerial role
within a contracting company.
Proven track record in managing medium to large-scale civil projects.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with local regulations, safety standards, and quality control practices.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
