Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage all architectural aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed effectively. Develop, review, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources. Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, building codes, and safety standards. Manage design changes, RFIs, and technical submittals during project execution. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure high standards of workmanship. Ensure proper coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and fit-out works. Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. Lead project handover procedures, including snagging, testing, and commissioning. Mentor and guide site engineers, supervisors, and junior staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent. Minimum

15 years of relevant experience

, with at least 8 years in a managerial role handling large-scale architectural/construction projects. Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and finishing works. Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project). Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and international building standards. Certifications such as PMP, RICS, or LEED are preferred. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within time, cost, and quality targets.
