Construction Manager
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, and manage the overall construction process on-site.
• Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Supervise and coordinate site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and work plans.
• Oversee procurement and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and site safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities as required.
• Prepare project reports, cost tracking, and progress documentation for senior management.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the construction industry, including 5+ years in a managerial role
• Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams across sites.

Preferred :

• PMP, CCM, or other project management certification.
• Experience working with government or high-value private sector projects.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus, if applicable).
