Construction Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:Manage and supervise complete construction activities for Basement, G+4, and G+8 buildingsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per approved drawings and specificationsCoordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teamsMonitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with local authority regulationsEnsure adherence to Abu Dhabi Municipality and local authority requirementsReview project schedules, method statements, and construction plansManage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently on siteConduct regular site meetings and report progress to senior managementEnsure strict compliance with HSE policies and site safety standardsRequired SkillsBachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent8-12 years of experience in building construction onlyMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Abu Dhabi projectsProven experience handling Basement, G+4, and G+8 structuresMust have a contracting company background (consultancy experience will not be considered)Arabic language proficiency preferredStrong leadership, communication, and coordination skillsAge range: 30-37 years
