Construction Manager
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent construction projects
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure alignment with project goals
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and contracts for accuracy and feasibility
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews with stakeholders
• Resolve technical and operational challenges swiftly and effectively
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and HR for project support and logistics
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients
• Drive continuous improvement in construction methods, productivity, and cost control

Qualifications & Skills :

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in construction management across diverse project types
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills in multi-site environments
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and contract management
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, ERP systems)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
• Fluency in English; Arabic language
