About the Client
Our client is a renowned, well-established construction company based in Abu Dhabi, known for delivering high-quality infrastructure and commercial projects across the UAE. With a strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability, the company is looking to hire an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee project execution on-site.
Job Summary
As a Construction Manager, you will take full ownership of site operations and be accountable for ensuring that construction projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within budget. This is a key leadership role where you will be managing subcontractors, site teams, and resources while collaborating with internal departments and client representatives. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed construction schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead site teams and subcontractors, maintaining clear communication between design, procurement, and client stakeholders.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company quality control procedures.
• Problem Solving: Proactively resolve site-level technical issues, mitigating risks to prevent project delays.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare accurate daily and weekly progress reports for management and ensure project documentation is updated.
• Cost & Productivity Control: Monitor labor productivity and project costs, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to budget.

Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10-15 years of proven experience in construction site management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with excellent problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of local building codes, regulations, and international construction standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
