Job Description
Job Title: Construction Manager
Qualifications: Engineering Graduates/PG (Civil, Construction, or related field)
Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion
Allocate resources, monitor schedules, and ensure project milestones are met
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Manage budgets, procurement, and on-site logistics
Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates for stakeholders
Work Deployment Options:
On-site projects: Supervise construction activities directly at project sites
Offshore projects: Coordinate and manage projects located offshore
Studio-based work: Work with 2D & 3D resources for project planning, design review, and virtual construction
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Proven experience in construction project management
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work in different deployment modes as required
