Job Summary:

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Helpers and Labourers to join our team. The role involves assisting skilled workers on construction sites, carrying out general labour tasks, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled workers as required. Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools. Prepare and clean up construction sites (remove debris, dispose of waste, level ground, etc.). Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete, sand, gravel, and mortar. Erect and dismantle scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures under supervision. Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely. Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations on the site. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or site manager.

Requirements:

Prior experience in construction labour work preferred (but not mandatory). Physically fit, able to lift heavy loads, and work in various weather conditions. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment. Basic knowledge of tools and materials used in construction. Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and shifts as required.
