Job Title: Construction - Mechanical Helpers
Job Summary:
We are hiring
Unskilled Labourers (Mechanical Helpers)
to support construction activities in mechanical works at industrial process plants. The selected candidates will assist skilled personnel in installation, maintenance, and mechanical work on heavy plant equipment includingBoilers, Turbines, Desalination Units
, and related systems.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in construction, installation, and maintenance work related to:
Pumps
Compressors
Turbines
Diesel Engines
Air Compressors
Valves
Piping and structural supports
Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from work sites. Support alignment, fitting, and basic assembly tasks. Help during equipment lifting and rigging operations. Follow instructions from engineers and senior mechanics during equipment erection and testing. Maintain cleanliness and safety at the job site. Comply with company and plant-specificHSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
guidelines.Job Requirements:
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in industrial environments. Basic understanding of mechanical tools and handling procedures. Willingness to work under supervision and in a team. Flexible to work extended hours, shifts, or on-call duties when required. Previous experience in
industrial construction or mechanical plant works
is preferred.Education:
No formal qualification required; basic literacy is a plus. On-the-job training will be provided.
Preferred Skills:
Basic mechanical aptitude or exposure to mechanical plant work. Familiarity with mechanical site activities in
power plants, desalination units, or process industries
