Job Description
:
Assists in road construction and maintenance activities, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment support. Helps skilled workers with concrete laying, asphalt works, and excavation tasks. Ensures work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with site safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Assist in road construction, repair, and maintenance activities. Prepare work areas by clearing debris and setting up tools and materials. Support skilled workers in laying asphalt, concrete, and paving materials. Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment. Operate basic hand tools and assist with machinery under supervision. Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness at the worksite. Perform other related duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent. Previous experience in road construction or general labor is an advantage. Physically fit and able to work long hours in outdoor environments. Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.

Pay: Up to AED1,500.00 per month
