Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
General Construction Foreman
to oversee and manage all site activities.The ideal candidate must have a strong background in construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations. Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with safety standards, timelines, and quality requirements. Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and workers. Prepare daily/weekly reports and ensure proper documentation of site activities. Solve site-related problems and provide guidance to workers. Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and manpower.
Requirements:
UAE Driving license
Minimum of6 years of proven experience
in construction as a Foreman IN UAE Full knowledge of construction processes and site management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read drawings and technical specifications. Knowledge of safety procedures and site regulations.How to Apply:
