JOB DETAILS: Construction FOREMAN-SITE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a competent & experienced Technical Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at work sites. As a Construction Foreman, your main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate projects at worksite to ensure the completion of projects in an appropriate & efficient manner.

Construction Foreman duties and responsibilities

. Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans . Making & maintaining a team of Masons, Carpenters, Painters, Helpers and Other Site Workers . Allocating general and daily responsibilities and resolve problems when they arise . Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget . In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipmentaEUR(TM)s, cost estimates & evaluations . Ability to read & execute drawings, plans and blueprints . Site supervision & fit out execution . Liaise with clients, contractors and site team to achieve productive outcomes for the project

Construction Foreman requirements

. Proven experience as construction foreman across technical services/general maintenance works . Minimum 3 years of UAE/GCC experience . Excellent knowledge of industry, construction operations, techniques, equipmentaEUR(TM)s, tools & materials . Good time-management skills and Ability to multi-task . Having a valid UAE driving license and familiarity with roads and routes of UAE . Engineer or diploma in Civil/Skilled trade.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to AED 5000/- per month plus Accommodation, Transportation, Visa & Insurance

Language Preferred: Excellent communication skill in Malayalam/Urdu/Hindi, English & Arabic will be advantage
