Job Description
Responsibilities:
Site supervision and coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans. Manage labors to ensure good work progress and the project is kept on schedule. Read project plans, drawings and specification specifications. Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to labors and sub-contractors. Ensure work quality and excellent finish quality Create and manage schedules and monitor attendance of the labors. Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs. Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and procedures. Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials.
Requirements:
Villa rennovation experience will be preferred 5+ years' experience in construction in UAE Proven experience as construction foreman In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and equipment. Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to communicate and report effectively. Aptitude in math. Problem-solving abilities. Good physical condition and stamina. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
