We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Foreman / Projects Supervisor to join our contracting company. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in managing construction projects from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily site activities and labor teams
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with project specifications
Enforce safety regulations and site discipline
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
Solve site issues efficiently and professionally
Requirements:
Proven long-term experience as a Foreman or Project Supervisor in contracting/construction
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to read drawings and technical plans
Excellent knowledge of construction methods and materials
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred:
Experience in residential and commercial projects
Valid driving license
