Job Summary: Looking for a Construction Foreman in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Lead construction projects by planning, organizing, as well as overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and specifications
• Oversee and direct a team of construction workers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance to ensure work is executed efficiently and to high standards
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment for all team members, subcontractors, and visitors on site
• Regularly report project status, challenges, and successes to higher management, providing updates on milestones, timelines, and budget
• Monitor work progress and quality to ensure that construction meets established standards and specifications, conducting regular inspections and addressing any deviations promptly
• Manage labor, materials, and equipment effectively to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and smooth project execution
• Prepare schedules and monitor attendance of the team
• Identify and address potential issues, conflicts, and challenges that may arise during construction, implementing effective solutions to minimize delays or setbacks
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, materials usage, and any changes to project plans
• Make sure manpower and resources are adequate
• Assist in budget planning and monitoring expenditures to ensure projects are completed within allocated financial resources

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The applicant must have a relevant Degree or Diploma
• Experience as a construction foreman required
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines
• Must be able to read drawings, plans and blueprints
• Should have a strong understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
• Good organizational and leadership skills
• Male candidates are required
