CIVIL ESTIMATOR: with 5-6 years of experience in UAE with civil contracting company.
You should capable of doing Quantity surveyor for full project -civil and MEP both.
Good Knowledge and experience in preparing BOQ and submission for Tendering.
Good Knowledge in UAE PRICING for subcontractor and UAE material prices for construction.
You must be able to prepare Cash flow preparation for full project.
Knowledge in Landscaping and Pricing.
Good Knowledge in making method of statement and project planning as per the BOQ.
You should be prefably able prepare the contract agreement and review client contract agreement.
