Parsons Corporation is hiring a Construction Director to lead large-scale infrastructure programs in Abu Dhabi, including complex highways, bridge, and tunnel projects. This executive-level role is ideal for a strategic leader with extensive regional experience in overseeing multi-disciplinary construction efforts from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Direct all phases of construction across large infrastructure projects-highways, tunnels, and bridges
• Lead teams of Construction Managers, Senior Engineers, and Resident Engineers to ensure successful project execution
• Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet project milestones and budgets
• Drive the preparation and review of progress reports, presentations, and formal client updates
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with clients, government authorities, and community stakeholders
• Establish and enforce project-specific construction policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Guide strategic decision-making to address scope changes, scheduling issues, and budget constraints
• Represent Parsons in bid preparation and proposal development for construction supervision and PMC projects
• Champion innovation, safety, and sustainability in every aspect of construction delivery

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 20+ years of proven leadership in large civil infrastructure projects (bridges, tunnels, highways)
• Prior successful delivery of complex infrastructure programs in the Middle East, especially UAE
• Strong ability to manage large teams and interact confidently with technical experts and stakeholders
• Deep understanding of construction practices, quality standards, and regional compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
