We are working with a Project Management Consultancy who are looking to hire an experienced Construction Director for a flagship project in Dubai.
The project is a high-rise tower featuring luxury hospitality, residential, retail and F&B.
A Development Director and a Design Lead are already in place, but they need a Construction Director to lead the Construction phase from a client -side perspective.
Experience required:
The salary range for this role is circa 50,000 AED per month + flight and medical. There is also a company-wide performance related bonus paid annually.

Western-managed Project Management Consultancy who offer Project Management, Design Management and Cost Consultancy services across a wide portfolio of projects.
They manage Residential, Hospitality, Retail, Leisure and Entertainment projects for well-known clients all across the GCC.

- Must have high-rise project experience in the UAE.
- Will have experience working for a Developer or PMC and ideally a Main Contractor at some stage in a Senior Delivery role.
- Must be able to solve complex construction issues from the ground up and have sufficient experience managing the Main Contractor.
- Will be a polished, client facing professional with a proven track record working for reputable organizations.
The salary range for this role is circa 50,000 AED per month + flight and medical. There is also a company-wide performance related bonus paid annually.
