Job Summary
The main purpose of the position is to lead and control the delivery component of the development function in all territories to ensure the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of departmental activities. Stakeholder management at the delivery stage of a project including consultant shortlist, permit, landlord and government approvals, acceptance of handover, construction, client direct installation and final approval to open facility.
Requirements
Key Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil
- 20+ years of experience in Engineering contulting / Architecture Engineering Consultancy
- Preferred candidate workde in Europr and UAE
- Mega project experience in the GCC
- Client side or PMC experience essential
