To supervise and execute offshore civil and structural construction activities, ensuring works are carried out safely, in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements for offshore brownfield and rejuvenation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise offshore
civil and structural construction works
, including concrete repairs, grouting, foundations, plinths, equipment supports, and minor structural modifications.
Ensure compliance with
HSE requirements
, PTW system, and SIMOPS during offshore execution.
Coordinate daily construction activities with offshore teams, contractors, and marine operations.
Review and execute work packs, method statements, and risk assessments.
Ensure construction activities are carried out as per
approved IFC drawings, specifications, and quality standards
.
Monitor workmanship, material usage, and productivity of subcontractors.
Carry out site inspections, witness tests, and ensure quality documentation is maintained.
Identify construction issues and report deviations, risks, or delays to the Construction Manager.
Support brownfield works including
rejuvenation, revamp, tie-ins, and shutdown activities
.
Assist in punch-list clearance and handover activities.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Structural or equivalent).
10+ years of experience
in offshore oil & gas construction experience in Supervisory role.
Proven experience in
brownfield offshore projects
, including rejuvenation, revamp, and hook-up works.
Hands-on experience in
offshore civil, concrete repair, and structural works
.
Strong knowledge of offshore HSE practices and SIMOPS.
Familiarity with international codes and standards (ACI, BS, ASTM, ISO).
Ability to work in offshore rotational shifts.
