Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
Oversee site activities, including resource allocation, subcontractor coordination, and construction progress monitoring.
Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes, regulations and safety standards.
Collaborate with design teams, architects and consultant to address technical challenges.
Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, contracts and permits
Implement risk management strategies and pro actively resolve construction-related issues
Optimize construction methods and materials to improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure proper communication and coordination between stakeholders, including clients, government authorities and suppliers.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month

Construction Engineering : 10 years (Preferred)
