Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans.
Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials.
Build, install, and repair frameworks, structures, partitions, and fixtures.
Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
Follow established safety rules and regulations on job sites.
Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other construction professionals.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a carpenter in the construction industry.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
Proficiency with carpentry tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in varied conditions.
High school diploma or equivalent; certification or apprenticeship is a plus.
