Intergrande Real Estate Developments was established with the goal of executing projects that exemplify exceptional precision and meticulous attention to detail. We currently have several ongoing villa development projects in Nad Al Sheba Gardens Phase 1, in addition to villa's and apartment buildings in Jebel Ali Hills, as well as labor accommodation in Al Warsan 2. We are actively preparing to initiate construction on these projects while simultaneously seeking high-potential opportunities for future development.
About The Job
Collaborating with the project manager to develop a detailed, cost-effective budget for the project.
Performing accounting duties throughout the project, such as preparing invoices, estimating cash flow, and signing off on purchase orders.
Analyzing all transactions and working unforeseen costs into the budget.
Keeping a record of all project finances for internal/external auditing and tax purposes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
