Andaleeb cars, Dubai's trusted used car showroom, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Consignment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting leads to bring vehicles to our showroom on a consignment basis. The role includes a basic salary of AED 6,000 per month, with uncapped commission based on the successful sale of vehicles you bring in.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to leads and potential clients to secure vehicles for consignment. Build and maintain strong relationships with vehicle owners to ensure a steady flow of consignment opportunities. Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to bring vehicles to the showroom. Ensure all necessary vehicle documentation is complete and accurate. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure vehicles are effectively displayed and promoted. Use CRM software to manage client information, track progress, and maintain detailed records. Stay updated on market trends and pricing to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and professionally. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Hard-working in smart way, determined, and resilient personality to achieve targets and overcome challenges. Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft and CRM systems. Knowledge of the UAE used car market is a plus but not mandatory.
