Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine quality control tests on site concrete (e.g., slump tests, sample preparation) specifically for piling foundations used in solar farm construction.
Monitor concrete pouring, placement, and curing activities for both
piling works and associated PV array structures
, ensuring adherence to required specifications.
Inspect the setup of formwork, anchor bolts, and reinforcement cages related to solar panel mounting structures and pile caps.
Accurately record and report all test results and observations relevant to foundation quality.
Collaborate with site engineers to address any non-compliance issues related to concrete standards on the solar farm.
Requirements:
Proven practical skill
and experience in concrete quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC).
Direct experience working on large-scale solar construction sites
is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with the concrete requirements for deep foundations, piling, and pre-cast PV bases.
Strong working knowledge of concrete testing procedures and construction standards.
Freelancer or with own visa preferred.
