Dubai Ready-Mix Concrete LLC is looking for an experienced and responsible
Concrete Mobile Pump Operator
to operate and maintain concrete pumping equipment at various construction sites. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of concrete pump operations, safety standards, and equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Operate concrete mobile pumps safely and efficiently on job sites.
Position and stabilize the pump truck according to site requirements.
Coordinate with site teams and batching plant for timely concrete delivery.
Monitor the concrete pumping process and ensure smooth, even flow.
Perform pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance on the pump unit.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical or hydraulic issues on-site.
Clean pump equipment, hoses, and accessories after each job.
Maintain accurate daily logs and activity reports.
Follow all company safety procedures and ensure safe work practices.
Assist in resolving site issues and communicate any equipment problems promptly.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2
years of experience
as a Concrete Pump Operator (mobile pump experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of concrete pumps, hydraulics, and operational controls.
Ability to read site layout plans and understand pumping requirements.
Valid UAE driving license --
Heavy Vehicle License preferred.
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor construction environments.
Basic English communication (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
