Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Concierge offering exceptional, personalized service to guests, clients, or residents. The role involves managing arrange guest check-in and check-out. The concierge ensures the comfort and satisfaction of guests by providing high-level customer service and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests or clients upon arrival and provide a warm and professional welcome. Provide information and recommendations about the local area, including attractions, dining, shopping, entertainment, and events. Respond to guest inquiries promptly and offer assistance with any special needs, including room service, luggage, and arrangements. Handle guest complaints or concerns, working to resolve them in a manner that ensures satisfaction Ensure all guest interactions reflect the highest standard of hospitality, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality. Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction after services are provided. Handle lost and found items, ensuring they are returned to the appropriate guest or stored according to company policy. Resolve complaints or issues that arise during a guest's stay, ensuring a positive outcome. Act as the point of contact for emergency situations, ensuring guest safety and comfort.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education

: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or related field preferred.

Experience

: Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role (preferably in concierge services). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations diplomatically. In-depth knowledge of local area and attractions. Proficient in computer systems, including reservation software, Microsoft Office, and communication tools.

Languages

: Fluency in Russian and English is required.

Work Hours

: Flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.

Physical Requirements

: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light items, and assist guests with luggage if necessary.

Environment

: Typically works in a hotel lobby, office, or residential complex, interacting with guests, staff, and external vendors.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
