Job Overview
As a Concierge in the VIP Lounge, you will oversee daily lounge operations, deliver personalized service to VIP members, and manage everything from F&B support to luxury shopping arrangements and event coordination. Your ability to anticipate guest needs, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate across internal and external teams will ensure a seamless experience that aligns with Majid Al Futtaim's premium standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Welcome new and returning VIP Lounge members, assist with enrollment, and present available services
• Deliver personalized guest services based on individual preferences and profiles
• Provide concierge support including dining reservations, transport arrangements, event access, and wellness bookings
• Coordinate lounge F&B, cleanliness, ambiance, and service experience
• Support pre-arrival guest planning and execute all special arrangements
• Offer personal shopping services and assist guests with product selection and styling
• Manage lounge bookings, vendor engagements, and in-lounge service providers
• Oversee campaign rollouts within the lounge and ensure SOP compliance
• Stay updated on UAE events, mall promotions, and partner offerings
• Maintain high standards of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury hospitality, front desk, or concierge services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Deep understanding of VIP service standards and guest profiling
• Proficient in hospitality systems and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English; Arabic and additional languages are an advantage
• Knowledge of UAE's luxury retail and entertainment scene is a plus
