Concierge Team Leader / Concierge Resident Manager
to oversee daily concierge operations and ensure smooth service delivery at residential or mixed-use properties. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong coordination skills, and a commitment to high customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily concierge operations and on-site staff Lead and guide concierge team members during shifts Act as the main point of contact for residents and management Handle escalated service requests and resident concerns Maintain duty rosters, attendance, and basic reports Ensure staff follow company policies and service standards Support training and onboarding of new team members Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times
Requirements Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in concierge or customer service Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently Basic computer skills (MS Office, email) Flexible to work shifts if required
